Rewards Points
Here is how
Reward Program Terms & Conditions:
1. Client must disclose during booking if they wish to use their points. All returning clients receive 10% off their session or packages automatically without using points
2. Points can not be collected as cash or traded as such. Points can not be used to purchase gift cards of any kind.
3. Points can only be used for photographic services provided by Ivory Peacock Photography & Design, LLC or items in their online gallery: i.e. Prints, albums, etc.
4. Points are only valid for one calendar year from the original session date of the OG client. After which the online gallery will be deleted & points invalid.
5. The Referred Friend(s) or Family member(s) must complete the entire process experience from Inquire to final product delivery (i.e. gallery delivery) for OG client to receive their points.
6. If the OG client pays for referred friend\family session, the referred\family member must complete entire process experience for OG client to receive the points.
7. A client can not combine points with another client's account.
8. The free 15 minute mini session can only be used on mini sessions at the same value. If mini session is not of equal value, the $150 value can go towards a higher valued Mini session.
9. In-gallery purchases must equal the amount of the discount before taxes to be eligible.
10. Points can not be used to purchase entire gallery.

My Travel Fee

NO TRACE LEFT BEHIND
Any weddings, elopement or specialty session locations that are 30 miles outside of the center of 72712 zipcode will occur a travel fee of $0.75 per mile to and from the location. Any locations 35+ miles outside the 72712 will need to be quoted for additional travel & boarding fees. Except Eureka Springs, Ar.
